What is Therapeutic Stretching?

Therapeutic stretching, or assisted stretching, is a technique that improves flexibility, range of motion, and overall well-being. I use hands-on techniques and verbal cues to gently guide my client to achieve deeper stretches than they could on their own.

 

My Approach

My practice typically involves a full-body approach, addressing the body as a whole to improve flexibility and reduce tension. This helps identify and release tension patterns that might be contributing to discomfort or pain.

 

What to Expect from a Session

Sessions begin with an assessment of your needs and goals. We will work together to create a personalized stretch routine, incorporating breathing techniques to enhance relaxation and flexibility. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing like you would to a gym.
