In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for myself, the following policies are honored:

• If you are feeling unwell or have contagious symptoms, reschedule your appointment to avoid spreading illness.
• Arrive on time; late arrivals will have shortened sessions and still be responsible for the full session cost.
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice; late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. Exceptions considered: sickness, emergencies, weather.
• If you are a no-show, you will be charged in full. If you have a gift certificate, it will be forfeited.
• Payment is due at the time of service; accepted methods are Cash and Check.
