Practice Policies for Krissi Lefebvre, BCTMB, CRT

In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for myself, the following policies are honored:

~ Masks are currently optional - although they are encouraged for unvaccinated and high risk people. 

~ Hand sanitizer (provided) must be used upon entering my treatment room.

~ If you have symptoms of coronavirus, common cold, flu, stomach bug, poison ivy, lice or anything else that may be contagious, please reschedule your appointment so as not to bring any type of infection into my office that can be spread to me or others coming in after you. The late cancellation fee will be graciously waived if notice is short. If you show up to an appointment with sniffles or a cough, you will be sent home and charged in full. A virus can be spread by sneezing, coughing, talking or touching.

~ As a late arrival, your session will be shortened by the amount of time that you are late and you will be responsible for the cost of the full session.

~ Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged in full, if I am unable to fill your time slot. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment. Exceptions will be considered, such as sickness, family death and inclement weather.

~ Pease Call or Text cancellations. DO NOT e-mail or use Facebook. They are not an effective means of communication. 

~ If you simply do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged in full. If you have a gift certificate, it will be forfeited.

~ Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are Cash and Check. Checks returned due to insufficient funds must be replaced with cash or a cashier's check, plus a $35 fee.
