My office is located just down the road from Lincoln Mall. Coming from Mendon Road/RI-122, turn onto George Washington Highway/RI-116 South. The sign says State Airport. 640 George Washington Highway Office Center is a mile and a half down on the right, just past the second traffic light at Blackstone Valley Place. If you have reached Amica Center Corporate Headquarters, you have gone too far. Make a U-turn at the traffic light at Amica and then take a left at the next entrance.

For those of you driving on RI-116 North, take the next left after the traffic light at Amica. This is the second light after Lincoln Mall. Again, if you miss the entrance, you can make a U-turn at the next light. 

Please park in front of Building B. Walk up the FRONT walkway. There are 2 doors towards the left. Please use the FAR LEFT door, this is Suite 103. If I am not in the reception area waiting for you, please have a seat and I will come get you. Feel free to use the restroom, located on the other side of the reception area, while waiting.
